The difference between water weight and fat

For the past few years, I have seen ads on tv and in magazines that claim that you can lose 20 pounds in only 5 days. This is 100% true, you are capable of losing that much weight in a short period of time. What the ad fails to mention is that you are not losing fat, you are losing weight.

In fact, approximately 60-70% of your weight is made up by water, by starting a crash diet usually results in a fast drop in water weight. That is something that most of these diets fail to mention, they fail to mention that you are losing water weight and not actual fat.

We have all watched the biggest loser on tv several times before. In the first few episodes of the show, you usually see that in the first weigh in, the contestant drops something like 20 pounds in only a week. Then, you noticed that the contestant gets really excited. What they are failing to mention is the fact that they are losing water, the contestant should not get that excited.
That being said, fat loss is better that losing water weight. So how do you lose that unwanted fat, well, my recommendation is that you start a weight loss diet such as the diet solution. This is a new diet that I have been doing some research into for a great deal of time.
