I have been getting more and more cellulite building up on my legs over the years and it is getting to the point where I am embarrassed to let my legs be seen in public, driving me to wear panty hose, even though I find the stuff to be more than a passing annoyance when I wear it. Anyway, right now I am looking for high quality and informative tips on how to get rid of cellulite in timely manner. I am sure that there must be specialized exercise regimens out there that would help to reduce the appearance of cellulite over time, and I need to learn what works best.
I am hoping to find out a combination of leg, thigh, and butt exercises that will help me to tone the muscles on my legs and get rid of cellulite as well; as it happens, it wouldn’t hurt if I were able to lose a few pounds as well, maybe work on getting rid of my love handles, as my husband calls them. But primarily, I am focused on trying to get rid of the cellulite, because its appearance is unsettling to me, and I do not know how I will be able to bring myself to wear a bathing suit ever again unless I am able to do something about this cellulite. I am determined to get rid of it on that count, as I love to swim more than most things in the world, and during the summer, the beach is definitely my favorite place to be. I do not know why I have been so lax with my exercise and diet over the years. I never should of allowed myself to get so much cellulite in the first place, but now it is time to get rid of it.
