Coffee. It has been said that drinking coffee can be beneficial. This is true if you put whipped cream, sugar or any sweetener on the side. You can drink coffee, but not too much of it. Coffee also has its good side—it is the perfect remedy for undereye pouches and rosacea.

Scrubs. Scrub is a good way to exfoliate, but if you do it the wrong way, you’ll end up harming your skin. The secret in scrubbing: don’t use harsh scrubs too often. Also, a rule of thumb when exfoliating is to do it twice a week, this also varies with your skin type.

  • Oily skin- exfoliation can be done up to four times a week.
  • Dry or Sensitive skin- should follow the general rule of once or twice a week scrubs.
