  • 200 grams of dried figs
  • 200 grams of dried plums
  • 200 grams of dried apricots
  • 200 grams of walnuts
  • Peel of one lemon
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 250 ml of honey


First, combine the apricots, plums, figs, walnuts, and the lemon peel and blend them. Then, add the lemon juice and the honey and stir well. Next, put the mixture in a glass jar and keep it in a dark and dry place for 48 hours. Afterward, store the jar in the fridge.

Take one tablespoon of this remedy on an empty stomach, before having breakfast, on a daily basis.

  • 100 grams of almonds
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 100 grams of dried apricot
  • 100 grams of dried plums
  • Peel of 2 lemons
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 250-300 ml of honey


Grind and mix walnuts, almonds, raisins and lemon peel. Add the lemon juice and dried and ground plums and apricots previously in this mixture as well. Finally add the honey and give the mixture a good stir. Transfer the contents into a glass jar and let the bottle stand still in its dry, dark place for two days. After those two days, keep the jar in the refrigerator.

Children 2 to 5 years of age should consume a spoonful of this mixture before breakfast. Children older than 5 years should consume 2 tablespoons of this mixture before breakfast too.
